The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans. This role requires a strong background in various medical fields, including critical care, pediatrics, geriatrics, and outpatient care. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Utilize EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation and record-keeping. EClinicalWorks is our program. Provide education to patients regarding health management, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications. Manage acute pain through appropriate interventions and treatments. Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
