for our Outpatient Behavioral Health / Complex Pain / Addiction Clinic at our Tempe Clinic at: 1910 East Southern Ave., Tempe, Arizona. Recovia, LLC provides a true integrative program with Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, Clinical Psychologists, Social Workers, Counselors, and Physical Therapists all working together under the same roof to treat patients.
