Job Post Description Location & Schedule Multiple clinic locations; specific locations will be provided during the interview process Minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday In-person interview in Tucson, AZ required One-week orientation in Tucson, AZ required upon selection Travel between assigned clinic locations is required We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Travel Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a growing healthcare team. The NP will provide high-quality clinical care across multiple clinic locations, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and manage ongoing therapies See an average of 20 patients per clinic day Complete patient documentation within 48 hours of each encounter Ensure documentation meets regulatory, licensure, and payer requirements Provide clinical care across multiple practice locations as assigned Follow established clinical workflows, protocols, and standards of care Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA Participate in quality assurance, utilization review, and patient-care improvement initiatives Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other members of the healthcare team Qualifications Active and unrestricted DEA license Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license NPI number Current BLS and ALS certifications Proficiency with technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Willingness and ability to travel between multiple clinic locations Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
