Neurology Subspecialty Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Banner University Medicine | University of Arizona Tucson, Arizona Banner University Medicine, in partnership with the University of Arizona College of Medicine Tucson , is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its outpatient neurology practice. The successful candidate will provide subspecialty-focused care while working collaboratively with one or more neurology faculty members. The specific area of practice will be determined based on departmental clinical needs, as well as the candidates experience, qualifications, and professional interests. Potential areas of focus include neuromuscular medicine, comprehensive neurology, epilepsy, and movement disorders. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise within a neurologic subspecialty, participate in multidisciplinary patient care, and work closely with experienced subspecialty faculty in an academic clinical environment. Position Highlights Join a thriving academic neurology practice with nationally recognized faculty and subspecialists Evaluate and manage patients with neurological disorders in the outpatient setting Collaborate closely with neurologists, nurses, therapists, and ancillary support teams Opportunities to participate in patient education, quality initiatives, and clinical research activities Comprehensive onboarding and mentorship available for new graduates Competitive compensation and benefits package Academic environment committed to professional growth and continuing education Clinical Practice Environment The neurology clinic provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with common and rare neurological conditions, including: Headache disorders Epilepsy and seizures Movement disorders including Parkinson's disease, tremors, and dystonia Neuromuscular disorders including ALS , Neuropathy, and myasthenia gravis Providers work within a multidisciplinary model that includes neurology specialists, physical medicine and rehabilitation, genetics, neuropsychology, and therapy services.
