We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment in California. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services, including FQHC basics, rural health care, and address multiple patient complaints per visit. Responsibilities will encompass seeing mostly adult patients, performing well child checks, and covering a provider's sabbatical, with shifts scheduled from 8:30am - 5:00pm. Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive primary care services in an FQHC setting, addressing diverse patient needs. Manage acute and chronic conditions such as cold, cough, flu, hypertension, and diabetes. Offer specialized care including homeless care, LGBTQ care, and annual check-ups. Perform women's health procedures, including IUD/Nexplanon removals. Conduct well child checks and provide care for school-aged children. Address multiple patient complaints per visit, focusing primarily on adult patient populations. Additional Information Board Certification in Family Medicine or Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP) is required.
