Job Description

```
Duties:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
  • Prescribe medications and treatments, including injections
  • Provide health coaching and education to patients on preventive care and lifestyle modifications
  • Ability to perform basic procedure, including splinting and suturing
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
  • Provide care for patients across the lifespan, including infants, children, adults, and the elderly
Requirements:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner or physician Assistant license in California
  • Experience in urgent care settings preferred
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus
  • Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing care plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a healthcare team
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
