Conduct thorough evaluations, to include history, physical exam, ROS, and detailed history of symptoms s/p brain injury. Create a comprehensive treatment plan to address all symptoms and update plans as needed. Collaborate with Medical Assistants to ensure timely completion of prior authorization requests, requests from attorneys, and requests from patients.

Requirements:

Amiable personality is a plus Attention to detail Can work every Mondays to Fridays Licensed Nurse Practitioner Tech savvy with knowledge in G-Docs, G-Sheets, etc. Strong with English both written and spoken. Preferably can speak Spanish but not required Ability to commute/relocate.
