These visits are conversational, consultative, and education-focused— no prescribing, no treatment plans. Requirements Active State NP license and Board Certification Valid NPI Minimum 3 months of wellness exam experience preferred Comfort with EMR/documentation systems Ability to travel within a 30-50-mile radius Bilingual/Spanish Speaking a plus Give on average 2 days per week We Provide Paid training & credentialing support Liability/malpractice insurance Pre-scheduled patient appointments Web-based scheduling & routing tools iPad tablet Mileage reimbursement
