In this vital role, you will provide advanced clinical care, specializing in hyperbaric oxygen therapy, peptide therapy and wellness treatments. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments, innovative therapies, and collaborative care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact patient recovery and overall well-being. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while adhering to all regulatory standards and clinic protocols. Hours and salary flexible/negotiable depending on experience Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, medical history review, and physical examinations to determine treatment suitability. Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions safely and effectively, ensuring patient comfort and compliance with safety protocols. Manage medical documentation accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information. Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements; monitor patient responses and adjust therapies as needed. Educate patients on treatment procedures, post-care instructions, and wellness strategies to promote understanding and adherence. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards to ensure patient safety and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner licensure with eligibility to practice in the state; certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent required. Experience in HBOT, wound care, primary care, functional medicine, weight management, or wellness services preferred. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems; experience with CPT coding and ICD coding (ICD-10) is advantageous. Ability to perform complex patient assessments including physical examinations and IV infusion administration Excellent communication skills for effective client education and interdisciplinary collaboration Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and patient-education skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting. HBOT certification or willingness to complete approved hyperbaric medicine training is preferred.
