Full-Time Reproductive Fertility Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our fertility practice and clinical team in West Hollywood and Riverside, California . Our Nurse Practitioner will work closely with our physicians and clinical team to provide comprehensive, individualized care to patients throughout their fertility journey. This position is ideal for an NP who enjoys patient education, continuity of care, and developing meaningful relationships with patients while working in a specialized medical environment. Responsibilities Conduct patient visits, obtain medical histories, and perform appropriate physical examinations Educate and counsel patients regarding fertility testing, treatment protocols, medications, and procedures Review laboratory results, imaging, and patient progress in collaboration with the treating physician Assist with monitoring patients undergoing fertility treatment Provide pre- and post-procedure care and patient education Respond to clinical questions and provide guidance within established practice protocols Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record Coordinate patient care with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, laboratories, and other members of the fertility team Provide compassionate support to patients navigating the medical and emotional aspects of fertility treatment Help ensure a responsive and positive patient experience Participate in ongoing clinical education and practice improvement Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current California Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner licenses or eligibility for California licensure Current national board certification Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a busy, collaborative clinical environment Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach to care Previous experience in reproductive endocrinology, fertility, OB/GYN, or women's health is preferred but not required . We are happy to train an exceptional candidate who is interested in developing expertise in reproductive medicine. About Our Practice Reproductive Fertility Center is a physician-led fertility practice dedicated to helping patients build their families through individualized, compassionate reproductive care. Our team combines advanced reproductive medicine with a highly personal approach to the patient experience.
