We are expanding into the Chico area and are seeking a motivated, experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. This is a ground-floor opportunity in a brand-new territory . You'll have the opportunity to help build and grow the Chico market while working within an established mobile wound care model and receiving comprehensive administrative and clinical support. Position Highlights $500/day guaranteed , regardless of patient volume +$120 for every completed visit beyond 7 patients/day Estimated annual compensation: $100,000-$220,000 Monday-Thursday schedule with a 3-day weekend Mileage reimbursement at the applicable IRS rate Dedicated wound care technician on every visit Scheduling, prior authorizations, billing, and administrative support handled for you Structured daily routes throughout the Chico area Significant opportunity to grow your patient volume and income as the territory develops Clinical autonomy with the support of an established wound care organization What You'll Do As a mobile wound care provider, you will deliver advanced wound care services to patients in skilled nursing facilities and home settings.

Responsibilities include:

Perform advanced wound care treatments, including debridement and application of skin substitute grafts Evaluate wounds and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor patients' healing progress and adjust treatment as appropriate Accurately and promptly document patient encounters in the EMR Work alongside a dedicated wound care technician who assists with supplies, setup, wound measurements, and documentation support Coordinate care with facility nursing staff, primary care providers, patients, and families Travel to patient locations throughout the Chico area using structured daily routes Provide compassionate, professional care to patients who may have limited access to specialty wound care

Qualifications Required:

Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license Minimum 1 year of clinical experience Valid California driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to work independently in a mobile, field-based environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of a new territory

Preferred:

Wound care experience Experience performing debridement Experience with skin substitute grafts SNF, home health, or other home-based care experience Experience managing chronic and complex wounds Compensation You'll receive $500 per scheduled day guaranteed , even while the Chico territory is growing and patient volume is developing.
