Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing reproductive fertility center. In this role, you will provide advanced clinical care to individuals and couples undergoing fertility treatment. This position requires a team player who is willing and able to cover clinical shifts at our other satellite clinic locations as needed. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care (Fertility Focus) Conduct new patient consultations, including comprehensive medical and reproductive histories. Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., hormonal assays, semen analysis, sonograms, HSG). Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, including ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in-vitro fertilization (IVF) protocols. Perform ultrasound monitoring, saline infusion sonograms (SIS), endometrial biopsies, and IUI procedures . Prescribe and manage fertility medications (gonadotropins, letrozole, clomiphene, progesterone, etc.). Provide patient education on cycle timelines, medication administration, and side effect management. Collaborate with reproductive endocrinologists and embryology lab team. Cross-Coverage Requirement Willingness to rotate and provide NP coverage at our other clinic locations . Travel between sites during the same workweek (mileage/travel stipend provided). Maintain consistent patient care standards across all locations. Documentation & Compliance Document all patient encounters in EHR in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with FDA, CLIA, and SART guidelines for fertility labs and treatment. Participate in quality assurance and peer review activities.
Qualifications Required:
Current RN and Nurse Practitioner license in CA. National certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC). Master's or Doctorate in Nursing (MSN, DNP). Active DEA registration and state-controlled substance license. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) - this is strongly preferred; exceptional NP with OB/GYN experience plus strong desire to learn REI will be considered. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to satellite clinics.
Preferred:
Experience with IVF cycle coordination and monitoring. WHNP (Women's Health NP) or AGPCNP with fertility experience. Proficiency in ultrasound (ARDMS or equivalent certification a plus). Key Competencies Flexibility and willingness to adjust to changing clinic coverage needs. Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to the emotional aspects of infertility. Detail-oriented with excellent clinical judgment. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Performance bonuses.
