J&P Bullard Location:

Work Setting:
In-Person Position Summary J&P Bullard clinic is seeking a qualified and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The NP will assess, diagnose, and treat patients; manage acute and chronic conditions; prescribe medications; order and interpret diagnostic tests; provide patient education; and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans. Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications within applicable California requirements. Educate patients on treatment, medications, and preventive care. Maintain accurate and timely EHR/EMR documentation. Coordinate referrals and follow-up care. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff. Maintain HIPAA compliance, patient safety, and professional standards. Required Qualifications Master's or higher degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current California NP and RN licenses. National NP board certification. Appropriate California prescriptive/furnishing authority. Current BLS certification. DEA registration, if required. Clinical experience in an outpatient or comparable healthcare setting. Preferred Skills Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. EHR/EMR proficiency. Strong organization and time management. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach. Work Requirement This is an in-person position at the J&P Bullard clinic and requires regular interaction with patients and the clinical team.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
