We're looking for a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a respected primary care practice in the California mountains . The Opportunity As a Primary Care PA/NP , you'll provide care for a diverse patient population across the lifespan. You'll see a mix of routine wellness visits, preventive care, acute illnesses, chronic disease management, and follow-up care. You'll work with a supportive Medical Director and healthcare team while having the independence to use your own clinical judgment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic conditions Performing histories and physical examinations Managing chronic diseases and ongoing health conditions Providing preventive care, wellness visits, and health education Ordering, reviewing, and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic testing Developing individualized treatment plans Prescribing medications and treatments within your scope of practice Coordinating care with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Building long-term relationships with patients and families Participating in quality improvement and clinic development initiatives You'll have plenty of independence in your day-to-day practice, with physician collaboration and support when you need it.
