  • Position Overview:
    Adult Nurse Practitioner
  • Specialty:
  • Adult Nurse Practitioner exclusively
  • Coverage Dates:
  • Immediate start for 3 months with potential for extension
  • Practice Setting:
  • Outpatient clinic focused on adult patients
  • Responsibilities:
  • Management of adult patients with conditions including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and routine care for geriatric patients
  • Call Schedule:
  • No on-call duties; work hours are from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, full-time, with rotating weekend shifts (every other weekend) and weekday off days
  • Patient Volume:
  • Anticipated patient load of approximately 20-24 patients per day
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
System:
  • EPIC
  • Required Certifications:
  • Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Credentialing Timeline:
  • Approximately 12 weeks from submission of application
  • Licensure:
  • Active California nursing license required
