We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the growing team of an IVF and reproductive medicine clinic in California. This position may be filled by a qualified professional from either background. The ideal candidate will have experience in reproductive endocrinology, women's health and a strong desire to provide personalised, compassionate care to patients throughout their fertility journey.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient consultations and follow-up appointments Collaborate with physicians and the wider clinical team to develop individualised treatment plans Provide clear patient education and emotional support Maintain accurate electronic health records Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements Support the smooth daily operation of the clinic

Qualifications:
