OPEN POSITION
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant- Primary Care / Urgent Care
SCHEDULE
- Part-Time
- 3 Days per Week
- 2 Saturdays per Month (included in weekly total)
- Flexibility on Work Days
CLINIC HOURS
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 6:00pm
- 1-Hour Lunch Break
COMPENSATION
- $70 to $85+ per Hour, negotiable based on experience

Lynwood, CaliforniaCOMPANY PROFILE
This passionate, mission-driven organization is a long-standing presence in the Bay Area with offices in San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, and now expanding to Lynwood. Their locations are spacious, modern buildings with comfortable areas dedicated to each medical provider and amenities such as a partner pharmacy and lab. Appproximately 95% of their patients are Spanish-speaking and their mission is to deliver the most affordable, high quality healthcare possible to the local Hispanic community.POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (APP) provides routine, low-acuity primary care and urgent care services, including but not limited to:- primary care exams
- chronic condition management
- sick visits
- minor injury care
- laceration repair
- incision and drainage
- ingrown toenail removal
- routine outpatient procedures
- annual physicals
- employment physicals
- vaccinations The APP sees an average of 15 to 20 patients per day and is supported by a medical assistant who helps with all visits, including charting and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
- California NP or PA license
- ability to see patients of all ages
- 2+ years experience in primary care, urgent care, or a related field
- must speak fluent Spanish
