Job Description

Part-Time (24 hours per week) Join Monterey's newest GameDay Men's Health clinic and help build an exceptional patient experience from the ground up. GameDay Men's Health is a rapidly growing network of clinics focused on men's health, hormone optimization, medical weight management, sexual health and personalized wellness. Our new Monterey clinic will provide concierge-style care in a modern, welcoming environment where clinicians have the time and resources to build meaningful relationships with their patients. We are seeking a California-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys proactive, relationship-based medicine and wants to play an important role in launching and growing a new clinic. This position is expected to begin at approximately 24 hours per week, with the opportunity to expand as patient volume grows. Leadership opportunities are available for an experienced candidate interested in developing into a Lead Provider or Clinical Director role.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, histories and physical assessments. Review laboratory findings and determine clinical eligibility for treatment. Initiate and manage individualized treatment plans within established clinical protocols. Monitor patient progress, treatment response, side effects and safety markers. Educate patients on treatment expectations, risks, benefits and lifestyle considerations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinic team on complex cases. Support clinical quality, regulatory compliance and a consistently excellent patient experience. Participate in occasional community education and clinic outreach activities. Provide comprehensive evaluations and ongoing management for patients receiving: Testosterone Replacement Therapy Medical Weight Loss Peptide Therapy Erectile Dysfunction treatments IV Vitamin Therapy Wellness optimization services Required qualifications Active and unrestricted California NP or PA license. Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program. Current DEA registration, or ability to obtain it before beginning clinical duties. Excellent clinical judgment, communication and patient-education skills. Ability to provide respectful, confidential and nonjudgmental care. Comfort working in a growing, patient-focused, cash-pay practice. Ability to complete GameDay's paid clinical training. Preferred qualifications Experience in men's health, hormone therapy, medical weight management, sexual health, wellness medicine or a related field. Previous leadership, team-management or clinic-development experience. Experience interpreting laboratory results and managing longitudinal treatment plans. Interest in growing into a Lead Provider or Clinical Director role.

Work Schedule:
Approximately three 8-hour shifts per week initially, with the opportunity to expand as patient volume grows.
