Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Endocrinology.
Location:
Los Gatos, CA & Mountain View, CA Highlights:
Resource-rich working environment State-of-the-art facilities; onsite laboratories; digital imaging departments Schedule designed to promote work/life balance Collaborate with a talented team of primary care providers and medical specialists Opportunity to care for patients with New and follow up - Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, patients on Insulin Pumps, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and osteoporosis follow up , with the ability to expand clinical expertise into additional endocrine conditions based on experience and interest
Qualifications:
6 months to a 1 year endocrine related clinical experience,GLP1-RA, insulin pump and CGM experience is preferred Current California State NP or PA License CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only) Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only) Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP s Active DEA registration On-site role
