MOBILE WOUND PROVIDER.

In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive patient care across diverse settings, utilizing your clinical expertise to improve health outcomes. Your proactive approach will help ensure high-quality, patient-centered services while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote wellness and recovery. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to determine appropriate care plans. Skills Proven experience with Epic EMR systems or similar electronic health record platforms such as Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks. Excellent communication skills for patient education on topics like family planning or nutrition; capable of working with multidisciplinary teams across various healthcare disciplines including infectious disease care and pain management.
