We are a physician-owned and operated organization with four locations across California—and more on the way. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Palm Springs team. Position Summary The PA-C or NP will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is committed to excellent patient care, strong clinical communication, teamwork, and evidence-based medicine.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities Provide direct primary care services to adult patients within the provider's scope and credentials Perform appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and follow-up visits Order and interpret laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging Coordinate referrals and specialty consultations when appropriate Develop, implement, and manage evidence-based treatment plans Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, preventive care, and treatment recommendations Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EHR Maintain quality, compliance, and patient-safety standards Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and other members of the healthcare team Qualifications Education MSN or DNP for Nurse Practitioners (NP-C or NP-BC), or MPAS or equivalent accredited Physician Assistant education (PA-C) Licensure Current, clear, and unrestricted California license Current DEA registration, or ability to obtain as required Experience 1+ year of Internal Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred, but not required Leadership experience preferred, but not required New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
