Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Critical Care - Petaluma, CA (418898) Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner - Sonoma County Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our critical care team, where advanced practice clinicians are trusted with meaningful autonomy and backed by exceptional support. 7am-7pmRequirements:
Master's degree Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing (MSN) or completion of accredited PA program 2 years of Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider experience. Candidates without experience will be considered but must complete a Transition to Practice 2 years of ICU/critical care nursing experience preferred Proficiency with procedures including intubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, thoracentesis, and paracentesis required Ability to manage critical situations and codes Relocation assistance Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Compensation is between $170,113 - $203,450 The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
