Vivo HealthStaff is looking for aa dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a dynamic primary care medical practice team in Sacramento, CA. This position operates under California AB 890 guidelines. We are seeking autonomous practitioners to manage patient panels and guide long-term health relationships within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

See 10-15 patients a day. See patients ages 15 - 65 years old. Conduct comprehensive physical exams and health assessments for patients of all ages. Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams. Prescribe and furnish medications, managing ongoing patient medication therapy. Provide patient education on disease prevention, nutrition, and wellness strategies. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging studies. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records (EHR) in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate clinical care. Requirements 2-5 years experience as an NP Active, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner (NP) license. National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC). Valid California Furnishing Number and active, unrestricted DEA registration. Eligibility or certification for independent practice under California AB 890 (104 or 103 status) is preferred.
