Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program or a Master of Physician Assistant Studies.

Must hold an active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) California license or be able to obtain one by the start date. The license should be unencumbered, with no unresolved disciplinary actions, probation, or practice restrictions.

Current, active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain prior to start

Active Nurse Practitioner certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

Monday - Friday / 8am - 5pm (no call, no weekends)

Manage patient care in an outpatient setting

Conduct consultations, follow-up appointments, well-checks, and schedule screenings

Comfortable seeing patients of all ages, primarily adults/seniors

Average Daily Patient Census:

18-20 patients

Appointment schedule: 40 min new patient, 20 min follow-up patient visits

Dedicated support staff of nurses and medical assistants; rooming patients, vitals, RX refills, follow up appointments

The salary range for California residents is $135,000-$176,000 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
