We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to fill a part-time job for our busy practice in the San Gabriel area. Minimum of 2 Days/week (Weekend required), working Commitment is required. Please do not apply if not eligible. We will provide training for the proper candidates. Responsibilities and Duties As a Nurse Practitioner at BG Medical Aesthetics, you will be responsible for conducting Good Faith Exams (GFEs), patient consultations, creating individualized plans for our patients, and providing medical aesthetics services tailored to each patient's needs. The responsibilities of a Nurse Practitioner also include: Review and analyze patient history; medically clear patients through GFE; ensure all paperwork is complete and up to date before treatment; take pre- and post-treatment photos; conduct laser treatments; administer injections; draw blood; perform skin-tightening treatments; supervise RNs; manage complications; properly document; and follow up with patients. Perform medical aesthetics services, including, but not limited to: PRP, micro-needling, Injectables, IV therapy, laser treatments, chemical peels, and CoolSculpting. Answer all patient questions and concerns in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Prior Aesthetic experience is preferred Active and good standing License; State of California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License Must have hospital experience. Must have aesthetic experience with injecting. Proficient at starting IVs and blood draws. Excellent assessment skills, managing time, and delegation. Works well under the supervision of a medical director. Fun and easygoing personality, able to engage our clients during each appointment. Discretion and ability to adhere to strict client privacy and confidentiality using HIPAA guidelines.
