Full-Time About the Role A mission-driven nonprofit FQHC, is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary care to underserved communities. Key Responsibilities Provide primary care, physical exams, screenings, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care. Prescribe and manage medications and monitor patient outcomes. Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and medication adherence. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams. Maintain accurate EHR documentation and coordinate specialist referrals. Participate in team meetings, clinician coverage, and after-hours on-call rotation. Requirements Master's or Doctorate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Active, unrestricted California NP license and board certification. Active DEA license and current BLS certification. Minimum 2 years of primary care experience required. FQHC, community health center, or underserved-care experience preferred.
