Vivo Healthstaff is hiring a full-time BC or BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician in San Rafael, CA (near San Francisco). The Physician will provide medical diagnosis, treatment, and manage quality health care for patients as a primary care provider (PCP).

• Starting Salary:

  $243,693.00 $100k-$120k signing bonus for select applicants (specific terms apply) Relocation assistance available

• Responsibilities:

• Manage direct patient care, including exams, diagnoses, and treatment.

Prescribe medications and refer patients to specialists as needed. Maintain professional relationships and follow clinic policies. Participate in care team responsibilities. Work a minimum of three 4-hour Saturday shifts annually after the training period. Respond to after-hour calls regarding critical lab results periodically.

• Qualifications:

• Valid California Medical License and Board Certified/Eligible in the specialty.

3-5 years of primary care experience, including residency. Current DEA registration and BLS certification.

Desired:

Community health experience, EPIC EHR experience, Board Certification in Addiction Medicine.

• Skills:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Spanish language proficiency preferred. Knowledge of current medical practices and ability to manage patient care effectively. Ability to work independently and in a team, maintain quality standards, and interpret regulations.
