Family Nurse Practitioner (Fast-Paced Clinic) We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and highly efficient Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in primary care, urgent care, and geriatric medicine, with the ability to manage a high volume of patients while delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Experience with Office Ally EMR/EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and ICD-10 coding is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients across the lifespan. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a high-volume clinical setting. Perform preventive health screenings, wellness visits, and patient education. Utilize EMR/EHR systems efficiently to document encounters and maintain accurate medical records. Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Participate in telehealth visits as needed. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Skills Proficient in utilizing EMR/EHR systems for accurate clinical documentation and efficient patient care. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based practices related to primary care. Skilled in performing advanced clinical procedures, including minor surgical procedures, wound closure (suturing), phlebotomy/venipuncture, catheter insertion and management (including Foley catheters), and Basic Life Support (BLS). Experienced in the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic medical conditions, with a strong understanding of CPT and ICD-10 coding to support accurate documentation and billing. Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive care for diverse patient populations, including adults, geriatric patients (with expertise in memory care and dementia management), and individuals with developmental disabilities. Experienced in triaging and managing patients in a fast-paced urgent care environment, ensuring timely and appropriate clinical decision-making. Excellent bilingual communication skills in Vietnamese and English , with a strong commitment to patient education, cultural sensitivity, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals in a fast-paced clinical setting. Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple patient care needs efficiently. Pay:

$120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
