Full-time About the Role Yehowa Medical Services is a growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with six locations across Los Angeles and Orange County. We deliver compassionate, lifespan care (ages 0 to 100+) in a supportive Family Practice environment. We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at our Santa Ana Clinic . Because our local community is predominantly Spanish-speaking, fluent Spanish language skills are required to deliver high-quality, culturally competent care. This role primarily serves our Santa Ana facility, with occasional flexibility to support surrounding sites or mobile clinic units. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups. Perform physical exams, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and create patient treatment plans. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with California practice guidelines. Conduct minor outpatient medical procedures, order diagnostic tests, and interpret clinical results. Deliver culturally sensitive health education, preventive care counseling, and chronic disease management in Spanish and English . Maintain accurate, timely charting within the eClinicalWorks EMR system. Collaborate closely with supervising physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary health center staff.

Education & Licensure Requirements Education:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (FNP) OR Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (PA).

Licensure:

Active, unrestricted California license as a Nurse Practitioner (with FNP Board Certification) OR Physician Assistant (PA-C).

Language:

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (Required).

Certifications:

Current

BLS/ACLS

certifications required; active DEA registration preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of primary care or family practice experience preferred. Work Location & Commute Primary site in Santa Ana, CA, with willingness to travel between local clinic facilities or mobile units as needed. Primary Care /

Mon-Fri (8:30 AM

• 5:00 PM), Sat (8:30 AM
• 2:00 PM as needed)

Patient Volume:

20-22 patients per day EMR System eClinicalWorks Work setting: In-person Clinic Setting Saturday Shifts (MIN 1 a month)

Mobile Clinic Experience :
