• Outpatient Practice Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient neurology practice.

The NP will work collaboratively with the supervising neurologist to provide high-quality neurological care in a fast-paced private practice setting. The ideal candidate is clinical strong, organized, personable, and comfortable managing patients with chronic neurological conditions in an outpatiet envioronment. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and mange follow-up patients with neurological disorders under physician supervision/collaboration.
• Conduct history and physical examination
• Manage common outpatient neurological conditions including headaches, neuropathy, memory disorders, and other chronic neurological diagnoses
• Adjust medications and monitor treatment response
• Provide patient/family education and counseling
• Document encounters accurately and efficiently in EMR
• Recognize cases requiring escalation to supervising neurologist Qualifications
• Active California Nurse Practitioner license
• Furnishing number /DEA preferred if applicable
• Prior neurology experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• EMR proficiency preferred Position Details
