Assesses, diagnoses, plans and implements the medical care of patients in a busy, high acuity urgent care setting in collaboration with physicians. Functions within the full scope of licensure; accountable for the assessment, coordination and delivery of care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. Delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients in assigned area. Develops, implements, manages an optimal interdisciplinary plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and life-style factors. Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, their family/support group, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communications. Adheres to clinic polices, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws/regulations and codes to promote a quality, highly reliable patient experience. Engages in continuous growth and development in professional practice. Follows ambulatory care and inpatient standardized procedures, protocols, policy and procedures regulated by the State of California.Job Description :
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Medical knowledge and skills applicable to perform within the scope of practice. Verbal and written communication skills for regular contact with young patient, adult patient, physician and staff. Computer data entry skills to enter patient information in Electronic Health Record. Organizational skills. Ability to work with others in a flexible, cooperative manner. Must be able to handle varying procedures and interruptions.Job Shift:

Pay Range is $95.33 to $133.46 / hour The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
