Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — E.N.T. Santa Cruz E.N.T. Medical Group | Santa Cruz & Watsonville, CA Santa Cruz ENT is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established, collegial three-physician otolaryngology practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advanced practice provider or a motivated new graduate seeking hands-on specialty training, clinical variety, and meaningful schedule flexibility. You'll work alongside experienced ENT physicians in a supportive practice with a full suite of allergy and audiology services. • W-2 employment
• $80-$100 per hour, based on experience
• Flexible schedule: 30-40 hours per week
• Office hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• No call
• Two practice locations: Santa Cruz and Watsonville Benefits

• Malpractice coverage The role The scope of this position will be tailored to your prior experience and clinical development.

On-site training and direct mentorship from our ENT physicians will be provided.

Responsibilities may include:

• General ENT visits and follow-up care
• Pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Minor in-office procedures
• Patient education, care coordination, and clinical documentation
• Collaboration with our physicians, allergy team, audiology team, and clinical staff to provide excellent patient care Qualifications
• Current California NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Active national certification appropriate to NP or PA practice
• Strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and a patient-centered approach
• ENT, surgical, primary care, or urgent care experience is welcome but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
