This is a part-time position with a tenured, passionate and collaborative group that works closely together.?The role involves providing consultative services and collaborating with hospitalists, intensivists and specialty services for patient care in high-needs communities with many acute cases from facilities to include Santa Rosa Memorial, Petaluma Valley Hospital and Healdsburg Hospital.?The regional team, which includes Napa, Sonoma, and Eureka, offers extensive support.
