Job Summary:
Sonoma MD Medical Spa is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative, growth-oriented team. In this role, you will deliver highly personalized aesthetic treatments, utilizing advanced clinical skills to enhance our patients' natural beauty and confidence. As a key member of our Sonoma-based practice, your expertise will drive exceptional patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and outstanding results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical excellence with cutting-edge procedures—including regenerative skin treatments and advanced laser technologies —in a vibrant, results-oriented environment.
Duties:
Advanced Injectables:
Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and care.
Clinical Consultation:
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and skin evaluations, to develop tailored, results-driven treatment plans.
Regenerative & Laser Therapies:
Administer state-of-the-art treatments utilizing devices and treatments with advanced protocols to promote skin health.
Patient Advocacy:
Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and realistic outcomes to ensure long-term satisfaction and safety.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate medical records using EMR system, documenting procedures and patient interactions comprehensively and following strict aseptic techniques.
Collaborative Care:
Work closely with our lead administrator and multidisciplinary team to coordinate seamless patient journeys.
Innovation:
Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and clinical research to maintain Sonoma MD's position as a leader in the field.
Qualifications Licensure:
Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant license with certification in aesthetics or relevant advanced practice credentials.
Injectable Expertise:
Proven experience performing botulinum toxin treatments and dermal filler injections.
Clinical Background:
Strong background in medical office procedures, patient assessment, and medical documentation.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and a deep understanding of laser safety protocols and aesthetic laser therapy.
Experience:
Previous experience in a high-end medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery clinic is highly desirable.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and uphold our commitment to clinical excellence.
Bonus:
Having experience with IV insertion and blood draws.

$70.00 - $100.00 per hour
