Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) Erectile Dysfunction (ED) treatment Medical Weight Loss Peptide Therapy PRP & regenerative treatments Vitamin & wellness therapies Our clinics combine a comfortable, modern environment with efficient care, including on-site lab testing with testosterone results available in 20 minutes. The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Upland clinic. This is a part-time role , with the opportunity to expand into additional days over time as we continue to grow. Experience in hormone health is strongly preferred. Our ideal provider has experience evaluating and managing patients on testosterone replacement therapy and is comfortable interpreting hormone labs, adjusting treatment plans, and providing ongoing patient care. What You'll Do Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits Review and interpret laboratory results Evaluate and manage patients on Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) Diagnose and treat Low T, ED, weight management, and wellness concerns Develop personalized treatment plans Educate patients clearly and confidently about treatment options Guide patients into appropriate treatment programs in a cash-pay environment Perform and oversee treatments including injections, PRP, and other wellness services Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience Maintain accurate documentation and clinical compliance What We're Looking For Licensed NP or PA in good standing in California Prior hormone health or TRT experience strongly preferred Experience in men's health, urology, endocrinology, functional medicine, or wellness is a plus Comfortable interpreting hormone labs and managing patients longitudinally Excellent communication and patient education skills Comfortable in a consultative, cash-pay environment Confident making clear treatment recommendations DEA registration or ability to obtain Compensation & Perks $70-$80 per hour Malpractice coverage DEA and licensing support No nights, weekends Employee discounts on services Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity for additional days as the practice grows
