At NorthBay Health, we are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Primary Care team in Vacaville, CA . In this role, you will serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary care team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across the lifespan—from pediatric to geriatric populations—while working collaboratively with a supervising physician and guided by established clinical protocols. Maximum rates reflect providers with 20 or more years of applicable NP or PA experience. Additional per diem shift differentials available. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (Master's required) or Physician Assistant program Current California NP or PA license Board Certification (NCCPA for PA or ANCC, AANP, AACN, or PNCB for NP) Current AHA (or equivalent) CPR certification Active DEA license (Schedule II and above)
