Job Description
Job Summary and Responsibilities As a primary care Access APP with Woodland Clinic Medical Group (Woodland Clinic), you'll join a physician-owned, physician-led group that treats a full spectrum of conditions. Located in a well-established clinic that serves a diverse community (agricultural workers, graduate students, retired university professors). This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team that provides compassionate care, develops individualized treatment plans within an integrated practice while collaborating closely with a robust network of healthcare professionals. As an Access APP you'll provide half-time direct patient care and half-time inbox coverage for your primary care colleagues. Inbox coverage responsibilities include managing in-basket tasks for adult primary care physicians, NPs, and PAs who are out of the office, as well as same-day telehealth visits as needed. Direct patient care would involve both same-day and pre-scheduled visits for a variety of primary care concerns ranging from acute problems to management of chronic conditions and preventive care. This opportunity is on-site and not remote. You will enjoy the benefit of practicing at one clinic that requires no call and no inpatient responsibilities, which fosters an excellent work-life balance. The practice has a strong referral base and the support of a multi-specialty provider network. Eligible candidates will have a minimum of three years' practice experience and possess a strong clinical background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine , with demonstrated expertise in diagnosis and treatment planning, understanding integrated care models and fostering collaborative relationships with diverse healthcare professionals.
