Job Description
Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Urology Nurse Practitioner with Woodland Clinic Medical Group (Woodland Clinic), you'll join a physician-owned, physician-led group that treats a full spectrum of conditions. Located in a well-established clinic that serves a diverse community (agricultural workers, graduate students, retired university professors), this is a unique opportunity to provide compassionate care and develop individualized treatment plans within an integrated practice, collaborating closely with a robust network of healthcare professionals. Woodland Clinic offers a supportive, multi-specialty environment, perfect for a Nurse Practitioner who desires a fulfilling practice. You'll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and engage in collaborative care with specialists and behavioral health teams for your patients. You will enjoy the benefit of a single, dedicated clinic, traditional Monday-Friday hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and no inpatient or call responsibilities, which fosters an excellent work-life balance. The practice has a strong referral base and the support of a multi-specialty provider network. Eligible candidates will be experienced Nurse Practitioners that possess a clinical background in Urology with demonstrated expertise in diagnosis and treatment planning (preferred not required). The incoming Nurse Practitioner would be experienced at understanding integrated care models and fostering collaborative relationships with diverse healthcare professionals. Job Requirements Required:
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
