Day / Night available - 4/10 Schedule (Multiple Shifts Open) Multiple levels open (General, SR, Master levels) Job Description We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team, with openings available for various levels across multiple shifts. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance tasks and minor mechanical repairs to material-handling, conveyors, rollers and other Distribution Center (DC) equipment. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse and distribution center equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Maintain conveyor systems, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and related equipment. Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment issues before failures occur. Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns in a timely manner. Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately within the CMMS system. Support facility maintenance including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, dock equipment, and building systems. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety policies, and lockout/tagout procedures. Assist with installation, modification, and relocation of equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Skills At least 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a facility, distribution, or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in industrial electricity including single phase and three phase power, motors, and protective devices. Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and System Control Software. Knowledge of electronics including photo sensors, remote I/O modules, servo drives, and scanning systems. Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing to 100-foot levels, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associate degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology is preferred. Experience with financial decision-making and team leadership. Knowledge in mechanical, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodland, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
