• Full Time Eligible for the annual quality incentive bonus Boulder Community Health is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, or Physician Assistant to join our Boulder Women's Care team.

This provider will deliver comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care in a supportive outpatient clinic environment focused on patient-centered, evidence-based care. In this role, you will partner closely with physicians, nurses, and care team members to assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients across the lifespan, from adolescence through older adulthood. Responsibilities include preventive care, well-woman exams, prenatal and postpartum care, management of acute and chronic gynecologic conditions, patient counseling, care coordination, and health promotion. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who is passionate about women's health, values collaborative practice, and enjoys building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while working as part of a dedicated and multidisciplinary care team.

Must be credentialed by the Boulder Community Hospital Medical Staff Office prior to hire date. BLS certification required by the end of conditional period. Two years of professional APP experience in an OBGYN unit or clinic setting is preferred. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care, including preventive, prenatal, postpartum, and women's health services. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients through physical examinations, medical assessments, and evidence-based treatment planning. Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results. Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and scope of practice. Collaborate with physicians and care team members to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, treatment plans, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records. Participate in care team huddles and interdisciplinary collaboration to support quality patient outcomes. Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent clinical situations while maintaining high standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
