Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Contract OpportunityContract Through February 26, 2027 Make a meaningful impact as a Family Nurse Practitioner while providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a dynamic healthcare team on a contract basis through February 26, 2027. This is an opportunity for an FNP who enjoys caring for patients with a variety of healthcare needs and working collaboratively with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. You will have the opportunity to use your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, treat, educate, and help patients achieve better health outcomes. Schedule Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00/4:30 PM What You Will Do As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive care that may include: Conducting comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health conditions Developing individualized treatment plans Prescribing medications in accordance with applicable regulations and collaborative practice requirements Providing preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling Performing diagnostic evaluations and documenting care in an EMR/EHR Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation Following HIPAA, NCQA, and other applicable healthcare standards Participating in quality improvement and clinical initiatives What We Are Looking For We are looking for an FNP who combines strong clinical knowledge with excellent communication and patient-care skills.
