Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a private, independent family practice in the beautiful mountain community of Florissant, Colorado . This is an excellent opportunity for an FNP who enjoys clinical independence and providing personalized primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and minor injuries. Perform minor outpatient procedures including suturing, splinting, wound care, and skin biopsies. Coordinate referrals with regional healthcare facilities. Utilize telehealth services when appropriate to maintain continuity of care. Serve as the primary on-site provider in the clinic.

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted Colorado APRN License with Full Prescriptive Authority (RXN) . Active DEA Registration . Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner ( AANP or ANCC ). 2-3 years of FNP experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care. Ability to practice independently without on-site physician supervision. Rural or autonomous practice experience is highly preferred. Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. High School Diploma.
