In this dynamic role, you will deliver comprehensive patient care, focusing on hormone optimization, peptide therapies, and wellness strategies. Your expertise will help clients achieve optimal health, vitality, and longevity through personalized treatment plans. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional eager to make a positive impact in the rapidly evolving field of regenerative medicine and functional health. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, vital signs, and physical examinations to determine suitability for HRT and peptide therapies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate hormone management, peptide protocols, and supportive therapies. Administer injections such as dermal fillers, Botox (Botulinum toxin), and other aesthetic treatments while ensuring sterile technique and patient safety. Manage medication prescribing within collaborative practice agreements, adhering to DEA regulations and state laws. Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks to document patient encounters accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records. Educate patients on treatment options, potential risks, benefits, and post-treatment care to promote informed decision-making. Perform procedures including IV infusions, venipuncture, catheter care, and basic suturing when necessary. Qualifications Current NP or APRN licensure with valid certification in Colorado. Experience working with hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptides, or aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers and Botox preferred. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Athenahealth for efficient documentation. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology relevant to adult and geriatric populations. Demonstrated ability to perform clinical procedures including IV insertion, phlebotomy, catheterization, and sterile techniques. Critical care experience or hospital/urgent care background is highly desirable; experience with telehealth platforms is a plus. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on patient education and engagement. Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-10), drug regulations including DEA compliance, and documentation standards in medical records.
