The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a very part-time basis, initially 1-2 days per month , with the opportunity to increase days and hours as patient demand grows. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys practicing independently, values relationship-based care, and would like to help us develop and grow dermatology services within an established medical practice . We are looking for someone who is comfortable providing a broad range of general dermatology services and who shares our commitment to creating an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Evaluation and treatment of common dermatologic conditions Comprehensive skin examinations and skin cancer screenings Evaluation of suspicious lesions and skin changes Management of acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and other chronic skin conditions Biopsies and other appropriate dermatologic procedures within scope of practice Patient education regarding skin health, prevention, and treatment options Coordination of referrals when specialty or higher-level dermatologic care is needed Accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaboration with Vibrant Health's primary care and women's health providers Helping identify opportunities to expand dermatology services as demand grows What We're Looking For Current Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado Dermatology experience strongly preferred Experience performing dermatologic procedures within NP scope of practice Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A patient-centered, collaborative approach to care Someone who values longer appointments and building relationships with patients Interest in helping build and grow a dermatology service line within Vibrant Health Schedule This position will begin at approximately 1-2 days per month , with flexibility in scheduling. Our goal is to gradually increase dermatology availability as demand grows, making this an excellent opportunity for an NP looking for a flexible position now with the potential to expand over time.
