Position Highlights:

- 4-day work week option available
- + Outpatient clinic: MF schedule with no weekends +
- 1820 patients per day
- in a busy, well-established clinic + 36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time + Limited shared call (phone consult only) + Medical assistants, front desk, and leadership support + Join a

Qualifications:
- + •2+ years post-graduate experience in an outpatient primary care setting required•+ •Board Certified FNP or PA-C•+ •Valid Colorado license•(or ability to obtain one) + Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment •

Salary:
- $120,000$145,000 (based on experience) plus incentives +
