Nurse Practitioner Pain Management & Vein Care | MVM Health | Central Ohio | Full-Time MVM Health is expanding into Central Ohio and is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Nurse Practitioner to help establish and grow our regional practice. This is a unique opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who enjoys clinical autonomy, patient interaction, and being part of a growing organization. The initial plan is to recruit one strong Nurse Practitioner who will rotate between three Central Ohio locations as we establish our presence in the market. Position Details Pay Rate US$110,000 - US$140,000 per annum, plus performance bonus Schedule Monday to Friday, primarily outpatient daytime hours —no hospital call Employment Type Full-Time Locations Powell/Lewis Center, New Albany, East Columbus (rotating) Position Overview The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive evaluation and management of new and established patients, with a focus on pain management and vein care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple locations throughout the Columbus metropolitan area and traveling between sites as needed. This role is well suited for a provider who is adaptable, collaborative, clinically confident, and interested in helping develop a growing regional practice. Key Responsibilities Evaluate new and established patients. Obtain comprehensive medical histories and perform physical examinations. Develop individualized treatment and care plans. Diagnose and manage appropriate medical conditions within scope of practice. Provide pain management evaluations and follow-up care. Evaluate patients with venous disease and vein-related conditions. Review and coordinate diagnostic imaging and laboratory testing. Coordinate procedures and follow-up care. Educate patients regarding treatment options and expected outcomes. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate. Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Participate in establishing clinical workflows and best practices as the Central Ohio market develops. Help contribute to the growth and success of the new regional practice. Rotate between multiple Central Ohio locations as needed. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with national board certification (FNP, AGNP, AGPCNP,AGACNP, or equivalent). Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Ohio, or eligibility to obtain one, plus active DEA registration. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and critical-thinking skills — comfortable evaluating patients rather than following a fixed template. Excellent communication and documentation abilities, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Dependable, accountable, and responsive to physician mentorship and feedback. Willingness to travel between assigned Central Ohio clinic locations. Experience in vascular medicine, vein/venous care, cardiology, interventional radiology, orthopedics, spine care, or interventional pain management is preferred but not required for a strong candidate.
