Experience:

- Join a multidisciplinary Men's Health program focused on providing personalized and coordinated care for men.
- New, dedicated setting designed to provide comprehensive men's healthcare.
- Multiple Urologists with expertise in: o General Urology o Andrology, including sexual health and fertility o Kidney and urinary stones o Urologic cancers
- Multidisciplinary access to additional specialists, including: o Cardiology o Endocrinology o Bariatric Medicine o Bariatric Surgery o Mental Health
- Focus on whole-person care in a comfortable, patient-centered environment. APP Role & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage urology patients in an ambulatory setting.
- Initiate patient care meetings with the healthcare team and revise the plan of care as needed.
- Participate in total quality management initiatives to improve patient and system outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
- APPs with additional interest in cardiology, endocrinology, or bariatric medicine may have opportunities to gain experience in these specialties.
- Opportunity to learn from experienced mentors and progressively work more independently.
- Opportunity to perform procedures with appropriate training and supervision. Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Master's program preferred.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant or APRN in Connecticut.
- Certified or eligible for certification as a Physician Assistant or nationally board-certified as an APRN.
- Men's Health, Urology, or men's sexual dysfunction experience preferred. Support & Benefits
