The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with specialized experience in administering botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers and managing lasers, microneedling, blood draws for PRP/PRF, and peptides . This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care while ensuring safety and adherence to medical standards. The Advanced Nurse Injector will work closely with patients to assess their needs, provide education on treatment options, and deliver high-quality aesthetic services. Duties Administer botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers in accordance with best practices and safety protocols. Administer injectables and utilize energy based devices including Xerf Skin Tightening, Ultra Resurfacing Laser, Genius Microneedling, SkinPen Microneedling, IPL Devices, Diolaze Laser Hair Removal and more. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations. Educate patients on treatment options, potential risks, and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients. Monitor patients for adverse reactions or complications during and after procedures. Ensure the clinic environment is safe, sterile, and well-organized. Stay current with advancements in aesthetic treatments and nursing practices through ongoing education. Experience Candidates should have a robust nursing or physician assistant background with minimum two years of experience in the following areas considered beneficial: Botulinum toxin treatment administration Experience with dermal fillers Lasers and Microneedling Medical office experience including EMR/EHR systems Critical care experience in settings such as ICU or Level I/II trauma centers Familiarity with aesthetics industry including product sales and memberships. Proficiency in patient assessment, IV insertion, blood draws Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology knowledge Experience working in various healthcare environments such as outpatient clinics, emergency rooms, urgent care facilities, or other aesthetics medical spas.
