A Family Nurse Practitioner is sought to join a regional community health center serving eastern Connecticut. This opportunity offers comprehensive outpatient primary care within a collaborative, mission-driven organization focused on accessible, patient-centered care.
Full-time position, 40 hours per week
Provide primary care services for adult, pediatric, and gynecologic patients
Perform comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments
Manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting
Provide preventive care, patient education, and continuity of care
Perform office-based procedures including injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care
Counsel patients regarding treatment plans, wellness, family planning, and health maintenance

Regional community health center serving a 37-town rural region in eastern Connecticut
Integrated care model including medical, dental, and behavioral health services
Multiple clinic sites, mobile programs, and school-based health centers

Practice Highlights
Primarily daytime schedule
Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts
One Saturday per month (4-hour shift with stipend)

Base salary starting at $116K+ depending on experience

Qualifications
M.S. or DNP from an accredited nursing program
Board certification required
