Bristol Health Medical Group has full-time and part-time opportunities for experienced Advanced Practice Providers to join its network of thriving primary care practices located in central Connecticut. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a respected and expanding system of caregivers affiliated with Bristol Hospital which is a top-rated community hospital. The ideal candidate will be patient centered and possess a strong commitment to providing high quality healthcare to the communities we serve. Our central Connecticut location is in close proximity to urban living with professional sporting events, concerts, ballet, theatres and only two hours from NYC and Boston. Requirements Applicant must be a graduate of a Physician Assistant training program accredited by the ARC-PA, or one of its predecessor agencies (CAHEA or CAAHEP) or Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Connecticut medical license Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Certification. 5+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred
